We stand behind every bag we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will make it right.

Return Eligibility

  • Unopened bags may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund
  • Opened bags are eligible for a refund or replacement if the product is defective or not as described
  • We do not accept returns on items damaged due to improper storage after delivery

How to Start a Return

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange an unopened bag for a different roast within 30 days of delivery. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
