ORDERS & SHIPPING

How long does processing take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves our facility.

What are my shipping options? We offer Standard Shipping (2–4 business days, $2.99) and Express Shipping (1–3 business days). Orders over $50 ship free automatically.

Do you ship internationally? Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Can I change or cancel my order? We can modify or cancel orders within 2 hours of placement. Contact us immediately through the Contact page if you need to make changes.

PRODUCTS

Are your coffees whole bean or ground? All bags are 100% whole bean unless otherwise specified. We recommend grinding fresh for best flavor.

What does 100% Arabica mean? Arabica is the higher quality species of coffee bean, grown at altitude, with more complex flavor and less bitterness than Robusta. Every Molten Cup Co. roast uses exclusively Arabica beans.

How should I store my coffee? Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the bag sealed between uses. Avoid storing in the fridge or freezer as condensation degrades flavor.

How long does coffee stay fresh? Whole bean coffee is best within 2–4 weeks of opening. Our bags are nitrogen-flushed and sealed with a one-way valve to maximize freshness before opening.

What is Hemp Harvest Coffee? Hemp Harvest is our specialty medium roast blended with hemp-derived plant nutrition. It contains no THC, will not produce any psychoactive effects, and is legal in all 50 states. It's designed for the wellness-oriented coffee drinker.

Are your coffees gluten free, vegan, and halal? Yes — all Molten Cup Co. coffees are Gluten Free, Vegan, Halal Certified, Non-GMO, Allergen Free, Lactose Free, Hormone Free, Antibiotic Free, Corn Free, and Cruelty Free.

Can I use multiple discount codes? Shopify only allows one discount code per order at checkout.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy? Unopened bags may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Opened bags are eligible for replacement or refund if the product is defective or not as described. See our full Returns Policy for details.

How do I start a return? Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll take care of it within 1–2 business days.
